Position: 1st Line Support
Salary: £28000 - £30000 per annum
Our client is looking to recruit a 1st Line Support to be based in Leeds.
The Role & Responsibilities:
Offering 1st line Customer Service and Support via a help desk and phone.
Ensure all calls are logged into the help desk system and progress notes are added to all calls
Communicate with the Support Team Manager and escalate any required matters.
Proactively working to improve internal processes
Identification of potential opportunities to replace or implement new solutions
Key Skills and Experience
A background or interest in computer operating systems, hardware and software is desired
Great customer service skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems with emphasis on Windows.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Self-motivated, well organised.
Good IP networking skills.
