Job Title: ICT Supporter


Job Type: Full-time (80-100%)
Locations: Aargau



We are a dynamic IT service provider to local municipalities and public institutions, offering reliable IT solutions and infrastructure management. We're looking for a proactive ICT Support Specialist to join our team and help maintain and optimise our modern ICT systems.



You will support and monitor systems (Azure AD, Intune, M365), management mobile devices, modern workstations, and printers. Your role will also include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. As well as ensure top performance, availability & SLA compliance.



Requirements:

- IT Training or equivalent experience.

- Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, M365.

- Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn.

- Bonus if you have experience in PowerShell & packaging skills.

- Fluent in German



This position is hybrid-working based in Aargau.
