Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Our client is currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to be based in Birmingham.
Responsibilities to include:
Invoicing and payments
Scanning and verifying all invoices received
Sending out invoices for approval, or goods to be booked in
Support supervisor for month end accrual
Liaising with clients attending client meetings
Organizing couriers and product delivery
Accounts payable and expenses processes experience
Numerate, with strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and multitasking
