If you're a senior actuary with business development experience seeking the next step in your career, or you're a qualified actuary in a senior leadership position looking to move to a strategic / commercial business development role then this is an opportunity for you.
You will join an actuarial team that is growing and performing exceptionally well; they work in a fast-paced environment and innovation is at the forefront of everything they do.
Liaising with CEOs and Senior Stakeholders within Life Insurance firms UK wide, you will have key responsibilities as follows:
* Business Development: continue to develop a warm existing pipeline of potential business. Identifying, creating and qualifying new opportunities; developing and executing successful pursuit strategies; winning profitable new contracts that align with our clients growth plans.
* On-boarding: Developing robust onboarding plans and leading their execution for new contracts.
The split between these two responsibilities will need to be dynamically managed depending on the business needs and the current stage in the life-cycle of the latest relevant outsourcing contract.
The successful candidate will possess the gravitas afforded by a career at the top of the actuarial tree, coupled with the ability to sell.
