JOB TITLE: Administrator/Admin Assistant in Architectural & Planning

Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their Architectural & Planning Team. This is a vital role to the smooth operation of the Team. In addition to general admin duties such as providing general support for colleagues within the team by arranging meetings, briefings, filing, typing, archiving, printing, photocopying, post, etc. duties will include:
*To provide general support for colleagues within technical team by arranging meetings, briefings, travel arrangements, filing, typing, archiving, printing, photocopying and post sorting where necessary
*Assistance with and preparation of architectural and planning tenders.
*Invoicing for the team.
*Help the Line Manager in the efficient use of resources and systems
*Diary management for the technical team.
*Managing Line Managers incoming emails and enquiries where appropriate.
*Archiving and file management.
*Assist with marketing activities on behalf of the line manager and technical team.
We are looking for an Administrator with:
*Data entry skills
*Good telephone manner
*Accuracy/attention to detail
*Strong IT skills
*Excellent organisational skills
*Attention to detail
*Ideally you will have worked in a similar environment, but this is not essential
*Due to location a full UK driving license is likely to be required.
SALARY: Depending on experience, 7.5% into pension
