Administrator - Medical Environment
£19,760 per annum
Our long term successful client are looking for a full time administrator to join their team in their beautiful offices in Hove. You will be the first point of contact for their customers - both in person and on the telephone.
Applicants must have previous administration experience working in a customer focused role and also have a confident, professional telephone manner.
Using their in-house system you will check patients in and out, book appointments, process payments, answer the telephone, respond to enquiries, manage referrals, create patient treatment plans and correspondence and undertake general administrative duties. This is a very varied role and you will interact with all teams within the business. Accurate typing skills required.
Strong and current IT skills are required and candidates must be self-motivated, organised, reliable and cheerful.
Monday to Friday 08.30- 17.30 (1 hour for lunch). Good company benefits. Salary £19760- £20800 depending on experience.
