Salary: £22,000- £25,000 per annum
Handling incoming telephone calls
Maintain staff leave schedule
Provide administration support to various departments
Reception duties - meeting and greeting clients and visitors, main telephone switch board.
Ordering and management of office supplies
The ideal candidate will:
Be well organised and presentable
Have good customer facing skills
Have good verbal and written skills
Have very strong communication skills
Be pro-active and able to handle a variety of admin tasks
