Administrator circa £19 – £23K for forward thinking growing business, this is a busy, challenging role working in a fast-paced environment with really friendly people, nice offices & FREE car parking!!

 The company is a rapidly growing business, based in S41, the company carry out installations of products such as boilers and heating products. With the ever-increasing focus on hitting zero carbon targets to reduce climate change this business is going from strength to strength. We’re now looking to increase the size of our team and are looking for a high level administrator with excellent attention to detail & ideally some knowledge of compliance!

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Processing documentation for surveys and installs – this role requires a high level of attention to detail, 100% accuracy and working to tight deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
·        Managing all work loads in line with companies KPI’s
·        Creating status reports of the weeks work loads
·        Supporting back office administration
·        Dealing with new enquiry ‘in box’ queries
·        Dealing with all social media responses, web site enquiries etc & forwarding on to relevant departments
·        Customer complaint investigations, resolution and responses
·        Dealing with the admin for all sales, quotes, orders, finance applications, installations etc.
·        Create & distribute all orders and placing orders for the materials, stock control
·        Monitor customer satisfaction
·        Carry out Quality audits on all administration throughout the business
·        Communicate with all customers re any queries/complaints
·        Communicate with all departments re all areas of the business
·        Plan work loads & distribute to relevant departments

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
·        Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence others
·        Good analysing/problem solving skills
·        Excellent command of the English language both written and oral
·        Strong customer focus and a commitment to providing a quality service
·        The ability to deal with difficult customers when necessary
·        Excellent Negotiation and convincing skills
·        Applicants must have initiative and be resilient to stress
·        Information processing and note accuracy
·        Adhering to KPI’s
·        Have knowledge on Data protection
·        Good organisational skills
·        Attention to detail
·        Good PC skills

Hrs 40 hr working  week from 8am – 4.30 pm or 9.30 am – 6 pm + 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
