Do you have experience in an employee benefits administration or client servicing role and are looking for a new challenge? We can offer a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a small firm, with an established client base.

You will be responsible for both the implementation of new benefits and the management of existing schemes, but will also be encouraged to take on responsibility for account management, with the support of our consultants.

We are developing our flex proposition and experience in this area will be a distinct advantage.

Our offices are in Totnes, Devon, however we facilitate flexible/remote working. Our clients are located across the UK.

The salary will be competitive and is negotiable, depending on your skills, qualifications and relevant experience. An annual bonus is also payable, conditional on meeting personal and business objectives.

About the role:

The purpose of the role is to provide high quality workplace pension and employee benefit support to businesses across the UK.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Employee Benefit Consultants in the implementation of our proprietary Select Benefits flex-platform for new clients;
  • Ongoing client liaison to ensure the smooth functioning of existing relationships;
  • Managing our day to day relationships with benefit providers;
  • Accountability for new scheme implementation and renewals, with the support of our client servicing team.

About you:

You are motivated by delivering the very best employee benefit solutions, with the clients’ interests always coming first.

You have relevant experience in the following areas: group risk, voluntary employee benefits, flex-platforms.

You are able to work under pressure and take ownership of tasks, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.

You have excellent attention to detail in both written and analytical work.

You have outstanding people skills, a positive attitude and enjoy working collaboratively.

You are always professional, ethical and discreet.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years’ group risk/employee benefits experience.
