Administrator (Sales / Purchasing) 


Circa £26,000 (Flexible DOE) + 24 Days Holiday + 8 Days Bank Holiday

Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00, Friday 08:00 to 13:00 – Part Time Hours also Available 

Administrator required for a well-established company who are market leaders in what they do and work with almost every major manufacturer in the UK. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to play an integral role in a leading and growing company who really value work life balance. 

This role would suit an experienced administrator with proven Excel experience. Candidates from any industry background are encouraged to apply. 

The successful Administrator will work within the company’s sales team and will be responsible for using predominantly Sage and Excel to carry out tasks including processing sales orders, placing purchase orders, generation of quotes etc.

The Administrator Role: 

· Process routine sales orders
· Placing purchase orders with suppliers
· Generate quotes
· Process goods-in paperwork
· Support accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Complete despatch paperwork
· Answer customer calls
The Administrator Candidate: 

· Any administrative background
· Experienced user of Excel
