Administrator / Order Processor


£16,000 To £19,700 + 30 To 37 Hours Per Week (Flexible) + Contributory Pension + 25 Days Holiday + Early Finish On Fridays

Administrator / Order Processor position on offer within a stable employer that is renowned for offering long term careers.

The company are a well-established market leading engineering company that offers an excellent product range. They are a family owned business who have grown to sell products globally to a number of different industries.

The purpose of this role is to fully handle customer orders, provide administration support to the sales team and PA support to the manager.

Previous candidates that have been recruited in this position have progressed within the business.

The Administrator / Order Processor Role:

•             Handling of Purchase Orders, order input
•             Providing customers with order/delivery updates
•             Responding to general emails in a timely and efficient manner
•             Answer phones professionally and reacting accordingly
•             Updating systems
•             Document scanning/filing
•             Provide PA support

The Administrator / Order Processor:

•             Administration experience in an office environment
•             Great attention to detail
•             Good telephone manner & written communication, Computer literate, organised
•             Complaint handling experience is beneficial
