Our client is looking for an Administrator / Receptionist/ Office + Facilities Assistant to join their team. The duties will include:
* Meet and greet any visitors at this busy Hea Office.
* Help to look after contractors and liaise with them and internal departments.
* Answering incoming calls
* Message taking
* Mail duties
* General business support
We are looking for an administrator with:
* Data entry skills
* Reception experience
* Good telephone manner
* Administration skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Accuracy/attention to detail
