Company client is working with a new and dynamic Fintech client who are currently looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to manage specific projects, alongside creating an environment conducive to agility, predictability, momentum and continual improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Offering delivery support - working alongside product managers, engineering managers and technical leads.
* Being committed to core agile methodologies and the frameworks that adhere to these principles.
* Focusing on health and happiness - while you are not a line manager, you will be responsible for being proactive helping squads find time and space to reflect on and to improve team morale and motivation.

Essential experience:

* Proven experience of managing complex technical projects / programmes through to delivery.
* A deep knowledge and passion for agile ways of working
* The ability to coach and influence others

Other experience:

* Experience using Confluence and Jira
* Previous experience within a Scrum Management
* A Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
* Previous Fintech experience
