Air Conditioning & Ventilation Installation Manager

Location: Primarily London-based projects
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £56,000k - £60,000k - depending on experience & qualifications

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AC & Ventilation Installation Manager to oversee the installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems across predominantly residential projects in London.
While the successful candidate must be capable of commissioning systems when required, the primary focus of the role will be the management, coordination, and oversight of AC & ventilation installations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities


* Oversee and manage AC & ventilation installations on residential projects
* Coordinate site activities to ensure installations are completed on time and to specification
* Manage subcontractors and installation teams on site
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, health & safety standards, and industry best practice
* Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders as required
* Carry out commissioning when necessary
* Ensure quality control and sign-off of completed works

Experience & Skills Required


* Proven experience in AC & ventilation installation, with a strong management focus
* Experience working on residential projects
* Strong knowledge of Mitsubishi systems (essential)
* Experience with Daikin systems (desirable but not essential)
* Ability to commission AC systems
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Qualifications


* F-Gas certification (essential)
* Relevant mechanical or HVAC qualifications (preferred)
