We are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join a reputable and rapidly expanding Manchester based business.
This SaaS business's solutions are fully cloud-based and highly configurable, their solutions integrate machine learning artificial intelligence with web front-ends. Supporting hundreds of thousands of interactions each week, this role would be responsible for providing technical support to these customer applications and platforms.
* To manage 2nd line & 3rd line escalations from the helpdesk (diagnosing issues, configuration issues, database administrations, Implementations)
* To deploy & implement products into the cloud-hosted infrastructure for new & existing customers
* Proactively monitor clients platforms to avoid issues
* Work with project teams to investigate and resolve complex issues, implement solutions and deploy applications
* Manage internal testing environments
* Be an advocate for the entire product suite
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in an application / software support focused role
* Knowledge & experience with Software deployments
* Knowledge of web & database applications
* Experience and know of MySQL and the ability to write SQL queries
* Any knowledge of AWS is beneficial
