A leading Cost Management practice are seeking an intelligent Apprentice Quantity Surveyor with 6+ months consultancy / private practice experience to join their young and ambitious Quantity Surveying team in London.

Apprentice Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Apprentice Quantity Surveyor will work under a couple of Senior Quantity Surveyors on a mixture of residential and education based projects across Essex and London, assisting on the completion of a range of pre and post contract tasks.

As the successful Apprentice Quantity Surveyor grows into the role and settles in, you will begin running small projects under the guidance of the Senior Quantity Surveyors.

The Apprentice Quantity Surveyor

* Degree qualified, preferably RICS accredited
* Or on the Apprenticeship scheme
* 6+ months Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy environment
* Eager to achieve MRICS
* Hard working, intelligent, proactive nature
