Our client is a leading horticulture supplier to the major multiples and they are looking to strengthen their team by appointing an Assistant Planning Manager.
The aim of this role is to assist the Planning Manager in the day to day operations of the business through receiving demand from customers, planning effectively using internal systems and providing the required administration.
We are looking for a candidate who is an effective relationship-builder as you will be working closely with the sales, despatch and finance teams.
Skills & Experience
*Use of internal systems such as Fusion, Excel and Passfield to plan materials and manage stock
*Excellent communication skills to develop strong relationships with other departments and customers
*Ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders
*People management experience
*Experience in a similar role within a fresh produce or FMCG company
