A leading High End Fit Out company is looking to add a Assistant Project Manager to their team.
The successful Assistant Project Manager will join a small team specialising in High End Fit Outs throughout the Hotel, Restaurant and Office sectors. You will be site and office based and projects are London Based.
The company have a solid pipeline of works and offer a secure and long-term position.
This is a great opportunity to work in a face paced environment in some of London's most prestigious locations.
The Assistant Project Manager's Role
The successful Assistant Project Manager will be based on site and in the office in Mayfair.
You will be responsible for day to day Project Management for a single site of a £2 Million restaurant fit out.
You will be responsible for managing the program of works that is created for you.
Alongside that, you will be expected to be able to read drawings, order the high-ticket items and be liaising with the client throughout the build.
You will receive commercial / financial support from the QS team.
The Assistant Project Manager - Requirements
* 2 Years + Project management in Construction - High End Restaurant Fit Out Experience is beneficial
* Hotel or Restaurant or Office Fit Out Experience
* Excellent organisational & team management skills
* Good computer skills
* Commercial awareness

* £40000 - £50000
