Assistant Quantity Surveyor

An amazing opportunity has arisen for am ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a multidisciplinary decorating company based in Chelmsford.

This company comprises of a number of specialist arms. The decorating division specialises in New Build decorations along with Social Housing projects. They also have a landscaping and fire protection division.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join the largest non-national decorating company with over 65 live contracts.

The role is predominantly office based but will require the occasional site visit, projects cover the Essex, London, Hertfordshire & Kent areas. Working closely alongside the Senior Surveyor, the role comes with incredibly opportunity for progression.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have:

* Experience working with a subcontractor is ideal
* A valid UK driving license
* A relevant degree qualification or HNC/HND
* Previous experience in a similar role

* £30,000 - £40,000
