This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Quantity Surveyor (or a Senior QS ready to step up) who is MRICS qualified to join my client, an established and successful firm of PQS employing over 100 people in the City of London.

You will be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has excellent client facing skills and who is able to manage a small team of QSs at various levels.

Projects are of high value and will include both new build and refurbishment for large residential, mixed use and a range of commercial projects.

You will need to have been working for a firm of PQS or multi-disciplinary consultants.


Our client is a firm of PQS with over 100 people.


You will be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a Degree or Diploma or MSc in Quantity Surveying plus you will need to be MRICS qualified with several years PQE and be keen to take the next step to Associate level, or you may be an Associate with another firm and keen to move on for better prospects.

You should be working either for another firm of quantity surveying consultants or with a multi-displinary firm of consultants.

You will need to have experience of all pre and post contract quantity surveying / cost management duties and be able to work as the key account manager with clients.

You should have good client facing skills and be able to deal with people at all levels.

Salary is from £70000 up to £75000 per annum depending on experience plus pension contribution, RICS fees and a range of other benefits.
