Sales Account Manager - Engineering Components
Salary: £28-32K Basic + £10K OTE
Our client, a well established diverse engineering solutions company have been serving the manufacturing industry for sixty years. Due to their "can do attitude" they have gained a deserved reputation for the quality of both their service and, their most important component, the staff.
Due to an imminent internal promotion they now require an additional member to join their successful sales team you will be responsible for selling their services which include;
*Plant and machine maintenance
*24/7 breakdown, repairs and replacement parts
*Welding & Sheet Metal Fabrication
To a wide variety of industries including;
*Food & beverage
*Aerospace, Tier 1 and associated supply chain
Initially this role will be predominantly internal business development involving a high volume of cold calling to dormant accounts, from a database and identifying your own prospects. Once you have a qualified lead you will visit, to present the Client's services. Once you have successfully closed you will be responsible for managing and growing the Account.
Our client is looking for an exceptional sales applicant with the following qualities:
*B2B Sales background.
*Experience of developing existing business.
*Successful history in proactively winning new business and then assuming responsibility for managing it.
*Personality to thrive within an engineering/industrial environment.
*Enthusiastic and positive attitude
