I am seeking a Bid Co-ordinator to join a medium sized firm of consultants in construction in the City of London area.
You should be enthusiastic to join a dynamic team.
You will support their business development management in a varied role including using InDesign, updating the company website, compiling and creating documents for internal use, using PowerPoint, doing Client even support, designing leaflets, providing support on proposals, presentations etc.
My client is a dynamic firm of construction consultants with a City of London office.
You will be an experienced Bid Co-Ordinator with experience of using InDesign along with using Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
You will need good IT skills to deal with various administrative tasks.
You will help the business development and bid management team in producing capacity statements, case studies, cvs, new starter profiles, producing a weekly news summary, marketing and BD Project Tracker, managing USPs document / case studies, designing posters and the annual brochure, managing and preparing documentation for company evens, keeping a log of activities, collecting client references, keeping good records along with other office duties as required.
Salary is around £30000 and the role is for a 12 month maternity cover to work full time.
