JOB TITLE: Trainee Engineer - Blow Moulder

The ROLE
Our Client is recruiting for a Trainee Blow-Moulding machine setter to their well established team in the Corby facility from where they manufacture injection moulded containers. The role offers great training - a structured 20 week training period - after which you will be required to work a continental shift system. When fully trained the successful candidate will be responsible for;
* Assume responsibility for the performance of production equipment
* Job change machines
* Tool change machines
* Maximise run time of allocated production lines
* Effectively set the machines to minimise material wastage

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong team player possessing the following attributes;
* Mechanical background
* A desire to learn the blow moulding process
* Happy to work permanent shift system
* Confident personable approach to working in a team

The Package
Salary £26,500 whilst training
Structured 20 week training program.
Training on days then onto Continental shifts
Overtime available.
Contributory pension.
