Branch Assistant

Are you confident with plumbing fittings and enjoy a busy, customer-facing role?

Do you live within commutable distance of Higham Ferrers?

Our rapidly expanding client who are a local plumbers merchant are looking for a Branch Assistant to join their friendly team

This is a full-time, hands-on role in a trade environment with a mix of responsibilities including:

* Serving trade & retail customers
* Picking & packing orders
* Receiving deliveries & managing stock
* Keeping the shop and warehouse tidy
* Advising customers on plumbing & bathroom products

The Person:

* Plumbing knowledge (essential)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Previous trade counter or merchant experience (preferred)
* Positive, reliable, and ready to get stuck in
* Good communication & team spirit

The salary available for this permanent role is £30,000 - £32,000 working Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm and every other Saturday 8:00am - 1:00pm
