£650+ per day (Outside IR35)
Do you have experience as a process Business analyst working within a claims function/ team.
This role will be working with key stakeholders to help map out AS IS processes and identify & capture current issues in order to produce proposed TO BE solutions that are technology & process optimised.
* Proven experience in a process analyst role, mapping complex processes.
* Ability to lead workshops eliciting business process requirements from stakeholders / presenting TO BE proposals for feedback.
* Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective process & technology solutions.
* Business analysis skills with Lean/6Sigma, ISEB Business analysis experience (qualifications desirable).
* Experience working on claims processes is desirable, but not essential.
