Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Milton Keynes + travel throughout UK (full clean driving license and own transportation required)
Hours of work: 40hrs weekly
Do you have experience and knowledge of new business development, account management & telemarketing? Are you tenacious with a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and converting new leads into clients?
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the ability to build client relationships across all levels of stakeholders to join a specialist provider of procurement services within the food, beverage, and hospitality sector. In this role, you will be playing a key role at the heart of our new business arm, aimed at maximising profitability through providing access to our supply chain, economies of scale and expertise.
If you are hard-working and self-motivated, with a completer-finisher work ethic, then this is the role for you.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent level of IT competence including Windows Software e.g. Excel & PowerPoint
Proven track record in building sales pipelines and ability to close a deal
Proven networking skills and ability to engage at a senior level
Proven ability to influence and negotiate
Honed interpersonal skills and telephone manner
High level of attention to detail
Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Quick to learn and adaptable
Experience of working as an operator/chef would be useful but not required
