Key Role Highlights:

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategic business plans
* Utilize CRM software to manage relationships and track sales
* Identify new business opportunities through networking and research
* Collaborate with teams to align objectives and enhance services

Qualifications:

* Experience: Proven business development and sales experience (ideally in transport/FMCG/fresh & frozen foods, though not essential)
* Skills: CRM software proficiency, analytical thinking, market research, communication, client relationship building
* Organizational Skills: Strong time management and multitasking abilities

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) + commission (OTE £50,000 - £60,000)
