Business Intelligence Lead - Warrington
As the Lead BI Analyst, you'll be responsible for developing and driving our business intelligence roadmap. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into compelling dashboards, reports, and stories that support strategic decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide both the tools and the team that turn raw data into business gold.
* Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and developers
* Design, build, and optimize BI dashboards and reporting systems
* Define and enforce data governance and best practices
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and KPIs
* Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
* Drive the adoption of data tools and self-service analytics across the organization
* Evaluate and implement BI tools, platforms, and technologies
Your Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or a related field
* Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
* Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL
* Experience leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships
* Strong business acumen and communication skills
* Experience in cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master's a plus)
