Position: Business Support Assistant
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary: Up to £25000 per annumm


Assistant to the Managing Director as described in key responsibilities below

Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.

Dealing with incoming emails, open and date stamp all post often corresponding on behalf of the manager

Ensure housekeeping in all offices, but in particular Reception, Meeting Rooms and Boardroom. Liaise directly with Cleaning company

Paperwork cleanse and business card requirements

Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments

Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings Taking dictation and minutes


An experienced personal assistant or office manager
