Our automotive dealership are looking for a Service Advisor to join the team in this busy and established dealership.

The role would be to sit at service reception and meet and greet customers. Schedule work in the diary and liaise with the workshop controller.  Communicate findings with customers regarding the outcome of the work or repairs carried out on their cars.  Raise invoices accordingly in relation to work carried out and take payment.  Help answer the phone.  Organise with suppliers any work required.

The candidate ideally should have experience in the motor trade and know their way around a vehicle and like dealing with the public.  The role is busy on a a daily basis. You will need to be a car driver due to the rural location - parking available.

This is a permanent position. The hours are Monday to Friday 8am until 6pm with an hour break for lunch, 22 days paid holiday a year plus bank holidays. The salary range is £30K to £35K depending on experience.
