The Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll take full ownership of the customer journey - from first enquiry to handover and beyond. You'll uncover customer needs, present the right vehicle and finance solutions, and convert interest into sales while building long-term relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
You'll:
* Proactively engage customers and maximise every sales opportunity
* Confidently present new and used vehicles, finance, insurance, and add-on products
* Work to clear targets with uncapped commission potential
* Deliver a professional, seamless buying experience that reflects brand values
* Develop product expertise through a bespoke 2-day Sales Customer Journey training programme
