They are actively looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor who would be interested in joining a forward thinking, progressive consultancy working with prestigious blue-chip organisations across the midlands.

The Role of the Chartered Building Surveyor?

With a wealth of new instructions the successful chartered building surveyor will find themselves involved in a wide range of both project and professional instructions including;

* Project monitoring
* Dilapidations
* Pre-acquisition surveys
* And much more

The Chartered Building Surveyor?

* MRICS
* Experience within a commercial consultancy
* Excellent communication skills
* A breadth of experience across both project and professional services
* Good organisational skills.
