An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor to join a positive and thriving Building Surveying Consultancy in Manchester.

The Chartered Building Surveyor Role

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be working within the commercial and residential sectors working on a varied role including:

* Dilapidations
* Maintenance
* Inspections
* Contract administration
* Schedule condition surveys
* Party wall

The Chartered Building Surveyor

The Chartered Building Surveyor will be ideally MRICS or keen to complete APC with 3 plus years of varied experience. Ideally, experience in the commercial and residential sectors with professional and project services experience.

The Building Surveyor will ideally have strong communication skills and be comfortable working autonomously.

In Return, the Chartered Building Surveyor will receive:

* £45,000 - £55,000
