My client is a leading insurance company dedicated to providing exceptional services to their clients. With a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, they a seeking a highly motivated Claims MI Analyst to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Gather and analyse claims data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
* Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
* Assist in creating data-driven strategies to improve claims management processes.
* Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
* Maintain a strong focus on data accuracy and quality assurance.
* Provide ad-hoc reports and data analysis to support strategic initiatives.

Skills Needed:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, etc.).
* Proven experience as a Claims MI Analyst or in a similar role within the insurance industry.
* Proficiency in data visualisation tools, with a strong emphasis on Power BI.
* Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools.
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across different teams.
* Detail-oriented and highly organised.
* A commitment to maintaining data privacy and security.
* Insurance industry experience is a plus.
