Client Success Manager - World Leading Gaming Org 
9 Month FTC (view to extend to 12months as it's a MAT cover) - £280 per day inside IR35 - Paye basis
Location: Central London with a flexible approach to office working


This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Client Success Manager to join a world leading gaming organisation based in Central London on a 9 month FTC basis. This role is responsible for working with the team of Client Success Managers across all the EMEA locations.

Along with the wider CSM team you will be responsible for managing the client facing, post-sale execution and delivery of all direct sold media and custom ad campaigns.

Along with the wider CSM team you will be responsible for managing the client facing, post-sale execution and delivery of all direct sold media and custom ad campaigns.

You Will:

* Support the Client Success Management teams across all EMEA locales and advertisers
* Define and implement strategic solutions for customers across business units and locales
* Lead internal initiatives and projects in collaboration with counterparts in their other global offices and at the direction of the EMEA lead
* Work closely with regional CSM managers to ensure business strategy and updates are being shared across teams
* Effectively communicate and escalate business risks to management
* Partner with leadership from cross functional teams to drive organisational scalability and improvements

Required Skills:

* Digital media (video) experience
* Experienced senior manager able to work across a number of locales with a high degree of collaboration
* Highly entrepreneurial spirit, organised and able to function independently as well as in tandem with internal partners
* Proven ability to prioritise and delegate multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities to meet goals and deadlines
* Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation as needed
* 7+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualification:

* Familiarity within the Gaming industry
* Existing relationships with clients across EMEA locales
* Project management of custom branded programs
* Understanding of traditional ad serving technology
