An exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Lawyer who is looking to make a move from private practice into an in-house opportunity.
The successful Commercial Real Estate Lawyer will be part of a growing in-house team and will support the European Operations.
The day to day role will include;
* Identifying risks that can be insured
* Title and Legal Indemnity Insurance
* Handling a variety of Real Estate Matters including acquisitions and disposals, advising lenders and borrowers
* Working on both an international and domestic transactions
* Corporate support work
They are looking for:
* Real Estate Solicitor
* 2 + years PQE
* Ability to work independently on transaction
