Compliance Officer (Advisory)

Oliver James are supporting a highly prestigious insurance firm in London, who are looking for a Compliance professional to join their advisory team. You will play an integral part in keeping abreast of UK regulatory changes and providing advice to the business.

Main Responsibilities:

* Keep up-to-date on changes in industry regulations and laws.
* Perform horizon scanning.
* Provide strategic advice to the business on the challenges and changes to regulation.
* Maintain and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Assist in preparing compliance reports and documentation.
* Participate in compliance training.
* Provide support to the wider compliance function.



Key Skills:

* Experience working within compliance and insurance is essential.
* Lloyd's market experience would be hugely advantageous.
* A strong ability to multitask and act as the point of contact for the wider compliance team.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
* Strong administrative skills with a focus on detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working with a Global team.
