Job Title: Construction Fit-Out Estimator
Location: Telford, Shropshire
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience)

Overview:
A leading construction company in Telford is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Estimator with a background in drywall, ceilings, or interior fit-out to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of estimating processes and be able to deliver accurate and cost-effective estimates for commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes.
* Monitor project budgets and provide cost analysis.
* Assist in tender preparation and bid submissions.
* Conduct site visits and assess project scope.
* Collaborate with project managers to ensure on-time delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably with drywall, ceilings, or interior fit-out.
* Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
* Proficient in estimating software and MS Office.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., HNC, HND) are desirable.
