Job Title:Customer Loyalty Advisor
Salary:£19,500- £21,000 DOE + Commissions
Hours of Work:Monday to Friday 08:30 until 17:30
Are you passionate about customer support? Can you 'think outside the box' and use effective questioning to gain a full understand the customer? Do you have objection handling skills to overturn a decision?
We are seeking proactive, passionate Customer Loyalty Advisors to join a rapidly expanding team for a nationally renowned payment solutions giant based in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for customer retention by proactively reaching out to customers before their existing contract comes to an end and offer a new favourable contract or to those customers who are considering leaving and dissuade them from cancelling their contract. If you are driven, persuasive and can switch between reactive and proactive roles then this role is for you.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Results driven and customer focused with a commitment to quality.
Demonstrate proven customer service experience with assertive objection handling when dealing with challenging customer.
Ability to work well under pressure, develop clear action plans and work to meet targets.
Work co-operatively with internal teams, sharing customer feedback to resolve customer dissatisfactions.
