Job Title:Customer Resolutions Advisor/ Complaints Handler (Flexible hours available)
Hours of work:Monday to Friday 08:30 until 17:30

We are seeking talented and energetic Customer Resolutions Advisors to join a rapidly expanding team for a nationally renowned payment solutions giant based in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for driving team performance and supporting the team to hit targets by handling complaints relating to sales-based, technical or account issues. You will work on strategies and campaigns to improve customer experience by handling feedback from multiple channels. If you put energy & commitment into completing work to the best of your ability and enjoy a challenge, then this role is for you.
Skills and Abilities:
Customer focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to notice trends for management reviews.
Self-Motivation, organisation and prioritisation are critical aspects of the role to meet set SLA's and targets.
Proactive and results driven with a high attention to detail whilst working efficiently and swiftly.
Work co-operatively and openly exchange information to support colleagues to achieve business goals.
