Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Central London / Working from home
Salary: £22000 - £26,000 per annum
Our client is looking to recruit a permanent, full-time Customer Service Advisor to be based in Central London but currently working from home.
Providing members with advice and guidance on next steps and their on-going journey with the organisation.
Ensuring all requests are prioritised, organised, and processed accurately and on time; within agreed KPI targets at a minimum.
Make answering customer calls the priority. Ensure high call quality in line with best practice
Providing an excellent service to both internal and external customers
Respond to all inquiries from all members up to the first level resolution and refer any second resolution calls to other sections across the organisation as appropriate.
Requirement and Attributes:
Excellent PC & typing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work in a team.
Good attention to detail.
Flexible to work shifts.
