Title: Customer Service Advisor / Call Handler
Salary: £9 - £11 per hour
Job responsibilities :
Receiving calls from customers inquiring about products and also wanting support with their current contracts
Dealing with customer inquiries via email and over the telephone.
Updating customer details on internal databases.
Dealing with all associated administration.
Requirement and Attributes:
Have excellent customer service skills.
Have excellent communication and listening skills.
Relationship building skills
Can do attitude
With a proactive approach to problem solving, have a positive attitude towards things.
Good attention to detail.
