Job Opportunity: Dynamics Field Services Technical Consultant

Location: Remote - Once a month in office

Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 Field Services expert looking for your next challenge? Join our team as a Dynamics Field Services Technical Consultant and play a key role in developing and supporting our cutting-edge technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, extend, implement, document, and support Dynamics 365 Field Services systems.
*

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer support calls.
*

Collaborate with functional consultants, technical architects, Microsoft, and third-party vendors to resolve issues.
*

Ensure best practices are followed in all solutions and implementations.
*

Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to functional consultants.
*

Perform code reviews and upgrades as part of regular releases.
*

Analyse the impact of proposed changes across various areas such as system function, business processes, and integration's.
*

Keep support tickets updated and ensure clear communication with customers.
*

Evaluate and implement new features, replacing customisation's with out-of-the-box solutions where possible.
*

Stay up to date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 Field Services and related technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

*

Strong experience in supporting and implementing Dynamics 365 Field Services solutions, including Field Service Mobile and Resource Scheduling Optimisation.
*

Ability to analyse business problems and create effective technical solutions.
*

Proficiency in:

*

Writing plugins, Logic Apps, and workflows.
*

Managing Microsoft Power Platform services.
*

Administering release pipelines.
*

Business process flows within Dynamics.
*

D365 Common Data Model.

*

Experience with JavaScript (TypeScript) and C#, working with RESTful Web APIs.
*

Proficiency in SQL (T-SQL preferred).
*

Familiarity with version control systems such as TFS or Git.
*

Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Certification or equivalent experience.
