Job Title: Oracle Database Administrator

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Database Engineer / Administrator to help shape and manage our Oracle/PostgreSQL database infrastructure and data warehouse.



Your Role:

Co-manage and engineer our enterprise-wide Oracle/PostgreSQL databases and data warehouse.
*

Ensure stable operation of key applications (e.g., ERP systems, customer portals).
*

Develop and refine database and data warehouse concepts.
*

Drive automation to reduce manual, repetitive tasks.
*

Contribute to the ongoing development of our infrastructure and IT operations.
*

Support related areas such as Linux environments, application operations, and logging infrastructure.
*

Conduct performance analyses across the full technology stack.



Your Profile:

*

Strong expertise in Oracle/PostgreSQL database engineering and operations.
*

Experience in data warehouse environments and DBA roles.
*

Skilled in automation tools (e.g., CHEF, Ansible, Bash).
*

Structured, independent, and quality-focused work style.
*

Analytical mindset with strong conceptual abilities.
*

Excellent command of German (spoken and written); comfortable with English documentation.
*

Experience managing IT projects is a plus.
