Oliver James are pleased to be working with a leading pensions consultancy and global market leader in their search for a DC Pensions Consultant to join their London office.

You will take ownership for the retention and development of an existing book of DC business. You will build client relationships, attend client meetings and provide expert advice to ensure client product and service needs are met. You will stay up-to-date with current trends in the industry, monitoring market developments and identify revenue generation opportunities for existing clients and identify appropriate new business development strategies.

Role requirements:

* Ideally posses a relevant qualification i.e. IFoA, diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, PMI
* Experience of working within DC pensions from within consultancy or in-house
* Ability to advise employers and senior stakeholders at a strategic level

Within this role you will also have exposure to the complete employee benefits client plan and advise clients holistically around staff retention, building cost-effective benefit solutions and building a brand to be an 'employer of choice'.
