Demolition Site Supervisor

Strong Recruitment Group are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established demolition contractor who, following multiple contract wins, is expanding their team.

We are looking for an experienced Demolition Site Supervisor to oversee projects across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise demolition works from start to finish
*

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily operations
*

Ensure full H&S compliance and implement RAMS
*

Liaise with clients and contract managers
*

Train and mentor demolition operatives

Requirements:

*

Proven demolition experience (3+ years preferred)
*

SMSTS / SSSTS and/or CCDO Supervisor certification
*

Strong leadership and communication skills
*

Full UK driving licence
