Salary: £36,000 - 42,000
Location: Hybrid working - 2 days based in the Guildford office.

Our client is a B2B Performance Marketing Agency. To support ambitious company growth plans, we are searching for a Digital Account Manager to join their team and help ensure their clients get best in class service and deliverables.
You'll work closely with the SEO team to ensure an outstanding client experience while establishing and managing expectations, processes, and goals that enable teams to provide the best possible results.
Communicating weekly and monthly on key performance metrics.
Pitching fresh, innovative ideas.
Working closely with the Head of Operations on client and account development.
Ensuring clients are satisfied with products and services.
Pursuing opportunities to improve client results with strategies that meet their individual business needs.
Giving feedback on client experience to managers and their teams aimed at continuously improving service levels and overall team performance.
Managing the communication between the team and their clients.
Understanding the needs of the clients and articulating those to the different teams whilst ensuring the relevant range of services is offered to the client.
Excellent written and oral communication skills being able to interact with different stakeholders.
Strong project management.
Experience in professional-client relationship management with a solid background in digital marketing (in-house or agency).
At ease with presenting to both internal & external stakeholders.
Ability and confidence to anticipate and resolve clients' issues using feedback and data-analysis.
