Job Type: Permanent & Temporary Positions Available

Salary/Rates:

*Permanent: £40,000 per annum
*Temporary: £25 - £26 per hour

Hours: 39 hours per week
Start Time: Must be at the first job by 8:00 AM
Overtime: Available during weekdays and weekends

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and qualified Domestic Electrician to join our team. The role involves installation, reactive repairs, and fault-finding across various properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering multiple locations within Sunderland, Stockton-on-Tees, Darlington, and County Durham. Work may include tenanted properties, new builds, and refurbishments for insurance purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

*Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair in domestic settings.
*Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently.
*Attending multiple locations per day as required.
*Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
*Working independently or as part of a team to complete jobs to a high standard.

Requirements:

*18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
*2391 Testing & Inspection qualification.
*Previous experience in domestic electrical work.
*Ability to travel between different job locations.
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
