The Role

A well-established building services contractor is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to manage electrical projects from design stage through to installation and final handover. The role is office-based and involves running multiple projects concurrently.

Individual project values range from £5k to £2.5m, with a combined maximum value of £4.5m.

Responsibilities

Manage electrical projects from inception to completion
*

Oversee LV installations including containment, cabling, lighting, and power
*

Plan and manage project programmes and budgets
*

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
*

Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specs, and regulations
*

Act as main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
*

Manage variations, reporting, and project documentation
*

Ensure health & safety compliance across all projects

Requirements

*

Experience as an Electrical Project Manager within building services
*

Background delivering electrical packages up to £2.5m
*

Strong communication and client-facing skills
*

Able to manage multiple projects at varying stages
*

Office-based role - candidates must be Midlands based
*

Full UK driving licence preferred
