About the Role

Our client seeks an ambitious Electrical Site Manager ready to step up from the tools into project management, or an experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge. Based in Central London, you'll work on commercial Cat A and Cat B fit-out projects valued between £1m and £3m. The company is growing into mechanical projects, so candidates with an M&E mechanical background are also encouraged to apply.

Reporting to the Contract Manager and Project Director, you will manage electrical site activities and contribute to project delivery, with opportunities to progress into broader project management roles.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise electrical site works on commercial projects from start to finish.

Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors to meet schedules and budgets.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
*

Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
*

Work closely with Contract Manager and Project Director to deliver projects.
*

Support career progression into project management across electrical and mechanical disciplines.
*

Flexibility to manage mechanical packages as company expands M&E portfolio.

Candidate Requirements

*

Recent experience as Electrical Site Manager "from the tools" seeking career progression.
*

Alternatively, experienced Project Managers with electrical or mechanical M&E background.
*

Proven knowledge of commercial Cat A and Cat B fit-outs in London.
*

Strong team management, scheduling, and project delivery skills.
*

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
*

Ambitious and keen to develop into wider project management responsibilities.
